Junior Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare periodic and management reports.
• Extract data for financial reporting and forecasts, upload and validate forecast data, and support analytical tasks.
• Implement and integrate new procedures, identify opportunities for automation and standardization, and share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Maintain process documentation.

QUALIFICATION

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• Experience in FP&A or related fields (reporting/accounting):
  • 1–2 years for Analysts
  • 2–3 years for Specialists
  • 4–6 years for Senior Specialists
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of financial business processes.
• Effective communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
